摘要:The prediction of the safety density window of the directional well is the basis for correctly designing a safe drilling fluid density, ensuring the stability of the well wall, and reducing downhole accidents caused by leaks and collapses. The safety density window of the directional well is mainly affected by formation pore pressure, rupture pressure and collapse pressure. In order to accurately predict the safety density window of the directional well, based on the porous elastic stress model, a mathematical model for the calculation the directional well formation pore pressure, formation rupture pressure, and formation collapse pressure using the log data was established. The safety density window of the directional well was developed using Visual Basic. The prediction software uses the field data of a well in Shengli Oilfield as an example to draw the three major pressure profile curves. The application results meet the site requirements. Through the single factor analysis, the change law of the safety density window with the parameters is studied, which provides a reference for the site construction.
