摘要：Law no. 346/2002, the Law on insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases, received the final blow. One by one, all the principles on which this law was built were repealed during the period 2002-2018 by various normative acts. The final blow was struck by the Emergency Ordinance no. 103 of December 14, 2017 for the amendment and supplementation of some normative acts in the field of social security and by the amendments made to Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code by the Emergency Ordinance no. 79 of November 8, 2017.
