摘要：The article shows the relevance of outsourcing repair services at machine-building enterprises in conditions of high wear of equipment, the decline in the organization of management of technical and repair services and the effectiveness of this activity. The positive and negative sides of outsourcing, as well as factors for evaluating the effectiveness of the transfer of repair functions to outsourcing are given.
