摘要：The article substantiates the need to integrate environmental aspects in a balanced scorecard (BSC) to improve the efficiency of environmental management system at chemical plants. For environmental management, the balanced scorecard serves as a convenient management tool that is able to provide relevant and timely information on the environmental aspects of the refinery.
