摘要：This study seeks to answer basic research questions. The working capital processes and efficiency of a manufacturing company in managing its cash operating cycle, usingoperating cycle model. For most part, the study agrees that Sierra Leone Brewery Limited has a strong working capital management system, where both the strategy andoperational level are involved in budgetary and planning issues. The study also shows that an improvement in both current and quick ratios for the period from 2012 to 2015.Current ratios moves from (0.74: 1) 2 in 2015. The cash operating cycle, otherwise known as working capital cycle also falls from 447days in 2012 to182 days in 2016, showing that the business improves in converting its investment into liquidity.
