  • 摘要:Nanotechnology has become a promising way in increasing crop production and plant protec- tion.Nanofertilizer could be an efficient and less cost compared with classic approaches. In this research, to evaluate the efficacy of zinc and sulfur nanoparticles on fruit set,number of pods,pod length,and pod weight of broad bean (V iciafaba L.) an experiment was carried out in the T echnical Agricultural College at Mosul in Iraq. Results of the study represent the effect of zinc oxide nanoparticles as well high concentration of sulfur nanoparticles as nanofertilizer. There were significant differences between all the treatments except sulfur 50 and the control on the fruit set % of broad bean, but zinc nanomaterial (50ppm) and the two sulfur nanomaterial concentrations (100 and 200ppm) had a significant increasing in the fruit set %. A ll nanomaterials had an increasing effect on number of bean pods except sulfur50; it did not differ significantly compared with the control. The highest effect was in case of sulfur 200,but did not differ significantly than zinc 50 in number of bean pods.Zinc 50 and sulfur 200 had the greater bean pod length,but without significant differences.Zinc 50 had the greatest bean body weight,but with out significant differences with all treatments except the control.
