摘要：This paper analyzes the current situation of ecological compensation in the Yellow River basin and discusses the types and key fields of ecological compensation in the Yellow River basin. The key areas of ecological compensation in the Yellow River Basin include Sanjiangyuan (Yellow River Source) water conservation and protection zone, soil and water conservation, interprovincial (district) water pollution, major engineering construction projects, drinking water source areas, and the lower Yellow River beach area. The basic framework of water related ecological compensation in the Yellow River Basin is described in detail. It is recommended to strengthen the basic research and key case studies of the ecological compensation mechanism of the Yellow River Basin.
