摘要：China's economy is currently in a transitional period, and the most noticeable change in the transitional economy is the market-oriented change of China's economy. Changes in the external macro-environment will inevitably have an impact on the diversification strategy and performance of forestry companies, and require them to have new capabilities and resources to match them. Enterprise diversification is a business strategy corresponding to specialized operation. It refers to the business strategy that enterprises enter other industries through mergers, reorganizations and increasing product lines while they are engaged in the original main business. Based on the investigation of forestry companies with the theory of ecological environment construction, this paper makes a more in-depth analysis of the current situation of forestry companies' forest farms, discusses the principles of forest companies' forest farm management performance evaluation by using relevant theories and methods, and determines specific management performance evaluation indicators, etc. This paper selects three indicators of profitability, risk and growth to measure business performance, analyzes the relationship between diversified business and business performance, and finally concludes that there is no significant correlation between diversified business degree and business performance of listed forestry companies.
