摘要:Real-time PCR is generally used to gene expression in different tissue to show the distinction of them; however, this method cannot work without a stable reference gene. Also, the Juglans Mandshurica do not have the transcriptome sequencing. So to select the most stable reference genes for Juglans Mandshurica, the expression profiles of seven frequently used reference genes from the same family or the same genera were tested in seven different tissues. The most stable combination for gene expression analysis was Efla and actin2. Using the software packages geNorm, NormFinder, and BestKeeper to analysis of the results revealed that could be used as internal controls for gene expression analysis in a wide variety of stages of .Juglans Mandshurica.
