摘要:In order to reduce the cost of two-dimensionalwarranty service, preventive maintenance of some expensiveequipment is a very popular strategy for the manufacturer toprovide after-sales warranty service. Preventive maintenance isfurther studied in this paper, and the strategy of combining twodifferent degrees of incomplete preventive maintenance is putforward and the corresponding cost model is established. Thevalidity of the model is proved by an example, and thesensitivity analysis is carried out. The results can offer animportant reference for the manufacturer to design morecompetitive and lower cost warranty strategy.
