摘要:A bacterium named PCJ-S03 is screened from soil and identified as Arthrobacter crystallopoietesy which can efficiently degrade prometryn. The strain PCJ-S03 is highly resistant to prometryn and can tolerate prometryn at a level of not less than 1000 mg/し The degradation efficiency of prometryn (50mg/L) in liquid medium by strain PCJ-S03 can reach about 97.8% in 7d. Adding a small amount of Pennisetum alopecuroides rhizosphere soil during the degradation of prometryn by strain PCJ-S03 can improve the degradation efficiency. The experimental data also indicate that it is feasible to degrade prometryn in the soil by applying PCJ-S03. In addition, the strain PCJ-S03 can ffectively degrade some other s-triazine herbicides, such as ter-buthylazinc, metribuzin, atrazinc and ametryn. Therefore, it is considered that strain PCJ-S03 can be used for bioremediation of prometryn pollution (or other s-triazine herbicides pollution).
