  • 摘要:The different heating furnace inlet flow, different heating furnace energy, and vai ious types of energy losses will affect the heating efficiency of the heating furnace, and ultimately affect the overall cost and environmental protection performance of the whole process of crude oil collection and transportation. Aiming at the influence of the heating furnace inlet flow rate on the heating efficiency, this research uses FLUENT software to establish a model of a naturally ventilated coil heating furnace, and combines the relevant heat loss calculation formulas to conduct heat loss at different inlet flows and different inlet flowrates. The calculation of smoke loss and heating efficiency at different inlet flows lays the foundation for the reasonable use of this type of heating furnace. This study shows that when the inlet flow rate of this type of ftimacc is between 112 kg/h and 127 kg/h, the heat loss and smoke loss of the furnace arc relatively low, the heating efficiency is relatively high, and the heating efficiency is higher than 90%. When the inlet flow rate is 118 kg/h, the heating furnace has the highest heating efficiency, which can reach 90.43%. The heat loss and smoke loss do not increase with the increase of the inlet flow. If the inlet flow rate is maintained at the normal load state of the heating furnace operation, the heat dissipation loss and exhaust gas loss of the heating furnace arc relatively stable.
