摘要：In this study, the relationship between the intrinsic motivation,self-efficacy and self-esteem, which constitute the personality character, andthe openness to the experience in the Big Five are examined. As a result of thestudy, it was determined that the relationship between intrinsic motivation,self-efficacy and self-esteem and openness to experience was over ()0.20. It was seen in related field that the openness to the experienceincreased as the self-factors of the individuals increased. The relationshipbetween openness to experience and self factors was investigated throughsystematic review / meta-analysis. At the end of the study, the studies found apositive relationship between self related factors and openness to experience.Together this, the studies were found to be compatible with each other. Futurestudy possibilities and limitations of this study are discussed.
