摘要:The levels of 16 organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in human gallbladder tissue and gallbladder stone samples gathered from 39 patients of the Jordan University Hospital were analyzed. All samples were extracted, cleaned-up, and analyzed using GC- EI/MS. The total mean concentration of OCPs in gallbladder tissue samples and gallbladder stone samples were 371.08 and 437.00 g/kg respectively. In all samples the o,_p’-DDD was below lower limit of detection while ’-DDE was the most abundant pesticide with average concentration of 44.39 g/kg in gallbladder tissue samples and 54.31g/kg in gallbladder stone samples. The distribution coefficients Kd (Cstone/Ctissue) for OCPs between gallbladder stones and gallbladder tissues in each sample were calculated and found in the range 0.75 to 4.07. The variations in Kd values depend mainly on the type of gallbladder stone and obesity of patient.
