摘要:W ith the increasing depth of w ell d rilling, high temperature resistant and solid free d rillin g fluids are essential for high temperature reservoir protection. A novel high temperature resistant polym er viscosifier was synthesized w ith 2-m ethyl-2-acrylam ido-pro- panesulfonic acid (AM PS), N -vinyl caprolactam (N VC L) and divinylbenzene (D VB). The molecular structure of the polym er was characterized w ith Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FT-IR ), thermogravim etric analysis (TG A), element analysis and gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The high temperature viscosifying effect in aqueous solution was investigated. The effect of sodium chloride and calcium chloride on the viscosity of the copolymer solution was studied. The results indicated that the copolymer has a number average m olecular weight of 423655 and dispersion index of 2.5098. A fter thermal aging at 165 oC, the aqueous solution containing the copolymer s till maintained acceptable viscosity retention rate. Meanwhile, the copolymer can resist NaCl and CaCl2 pollution of 4% and 0.2% respectively. Using the synthesized copolymer, three d rillin g flu id form ula including solid free and low solid content was established and exhibited stable rheological and filtra tio n performance both before and after high temperature aging, showing promise in o ilfie ld drilling.
