摘要:Vegetable is the im portant source of nourishm ent or even the basic food consumable fo r humans. However, urban agricultural lands fo r vegetable production are linked to possible Cd contam ination. Tofin d an effective w ay to reduce Cd content meanw hile im prove vegetable quality, the com bination effect of potassium fulvate fe rtilize r, m icroelem ent and organic acid on Cd concentration and edible qu a lity of cucum ber and asparagus bean grow n in Cd-contam inated fie ld were evaluated. Compared w ith the control, the contents of vitam in C, soluble protein and soluble sugar in vegetables showed no differences among different treatm ents. For cucum ber, the com bination of d iffe re n t m aterials reduced the nitrate content (7.73% -21.15% ) and reduced the Cd concentration (4.74% -26.50% ). For asparagus bean, in the treatm ents w ith the com bination of d ifferent m aterials, nitrate content decreased by 5.45% - 23.71% and Cd concentration decreased by 4.91% - 46.52% . The findings in this study m ay provide a novel and practical w ay to reduce heavy m etal accum ulation and im prove vegetable qu a lity and n u tritio n level in edible parts, thus to reduce human health risk caused b y heavy metals.
