摘要:A bacterial strain, TBZ-Z5, capable of highly degrading terbutylazine was isolated from soil. Strain TBZ-Z5 was identified as Bacillus iamenen- sis based on 16S rRNA and the analysis of morphology as well as physiological and biochemical characteristics. The optimal pH value and temperature for strain TBZ-Z5 to grow and degrade terbutylazine were 7.0-7.5 and 35-40°C, respectively. The degradation efficiency of terbutylazine (25 mg/L) by strain TBZ-Z5 reached approximately 97.2% in 3 d. Strain TBZ-Z5 also had a high tolerance to terbutylazine and could tolerate at least 500 mg/L terbutylazine. In addition, strain TBZ-Z5 was successfully made into a microbial agent that was easy to commercialize and could be used to treat terbutylazine residues in soil. The microbial agent containing the strain TBZ-Z5 achieved good experimental results. It was believed that strain TBZ-Z5 could be used to control terbutylazine pollution.
