  • 摘要:The aim of this study was to determine the effecton anaerobic power on agility and quickness malenational taekwondo athletes. The sample included 16national male taekwondo athletes. These taekwondoathletes were from Turkey male national team. Athletescharacteristics were as follows: age = 21.81 ± 3.229years, height = 1.82 ± 0.088 m, body weight = 73.75± 14.187 kg, and sport age = 11.94 ± 3.454 years. Todetermine the quickness and agility performance oftaekwondo athletes, a 5-m quickness test and T testwas used. Wingate anaerobic test was used for anaerobicpower. There is no a significantly relationship betweenagility with anaerobic peak power (w) and anaerobicpower mean (w). There is a significantly relationshipbetween agility with anaerobic peak power (w.kg-1) andanaerobic peak power mean (w.kg-1). Anaerobic peakpower (w.kg-1) and anaerobic peak power mean (w.kg-1)in a unit change affect agility performance (respectively,-0.23 and -0.34 rate) (P<0.05). There is a significantlyrelationship between quickness with anaerobicpeak power (w) and anaerobic peak power mean (w).Anaerobic peak power (w) and anaerobic peak powermean (w) in a unit change affects quickness performance(respectively, 0.0004 and 0.0001 rate) (P<0.05). Thereis no a significantly relationship between quicknesswith anaerobic peak power (w.kg-1) and anaerobic peakpower (w.kg-1).In conclusion, this results have reportedthat male taekwondo athletes produce a high level ofpower during a short momentary situation and relativepower is more important in momentary change ofdirection when the distance increases.
  • 其他摘要:Cilj raziskave je bil ugotoviti učinek anaerobne močina agilnost in hitrost pri moških reprezentančnihtaekwondoistih. Vzorec je zajemal 16 taekwondoistovreprezentantov. Vsi so bili člani turške moškereprezentance. Značilnosti športnikov so bile: starost= 21,81 ± 3,229 let, telesna višina = 1,82 ± 0,088 m,telesna teža = 73,75 ± 14,187 kg in obdobje ukvarjanjas športom = 11,94 ± 3,454 let. Za ugotavljanje hitrostiin agilnosti taekwondoistov smo uporabili 5-metrskitest hitrosti in t-test. Za ugotavljanje anaerobne močismo uporabili anaerobni test Wingate. Med agilnostjoz maksimalno anaerobno močjo (w) in povprečjemanaerobne moči (w) ni značilne povezave. Značilnapovezava je med agilnostjo z maksimalno anaerobnomočjo (w.kg-1) in povprečjem maksimalne anaerobnemoči (w.kg-1). Maksimalna anaerobna moč (w.kg-1) inpovprečje maksimalne anaerobne moči (w.kg-1) v enotispremembe vplivata na agilnost (–0,23 oz. –0,34) (P <0,05). Med hitrostjo z maksimalno anaerobno močjo(w) in povprečjem anaerobne moči (w) je značilnapovezava. Maksimalna anaerobna moč (w) in povprečjemaksimalne anaerobne moči (w) v enoti spremembevplivata na hitrost (0,0004 oz. 0,0001 ) (P < 0,05). Medhitrostjo z maksimalno anaerobno močjo (w.kg-1) inmaksimalno anaerobno močjo (w.kg-1) ni značilnepovezave. Sklenemo lahko, da so rezultati pokazali,da imajo taekwondoisti visoko raven moči v krajšihnenadnih situacijah in je relativna moč pomembnejšapri nenadni spremembi smeri gibanja, ko se razdaljapovečuje.
