摘要：The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational support on the occurrence of experiences of pleasure and suffering at work in a hospital context. For this, quantitative research was carried out with 172 professionals from a private hospital in the north of Rio Grande do Sul. The results showed that the material support for better performance significantly influences the experiences of pleasure at work, while work overload and poor performance management are related to the experiences of suffering
