摘要：In this study, phenolic contents, antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of A H i u m stamineum Boiss. Collected from Duhok (Iraq) region weredetermined. The bulb sections of plant samples were extracted w ith methanol (MeOH) anddichloromethane (DCM). Total antioxidant status, total oxidant status and oxidative stress index of the plant were determined using Rel Assay kits. Antim icrobial activity was determined against bacteria and fungus strains using the agar dilution method. Phenolic contents were scanned using the HPLC device. As a result of the studies, it was determined that the plant was high antioxidant activity. It was determined that antimicrobial activity was effective on microorganisms at 25-200 g/m L concentrations. As a result of HPLC analysis, Caffeic acid, Chlorogenic acid, p-Hydroxybenzoic acid, p-Coumaric acid and Syringic acid were determined in the plant. As a result, it was determined that A. stamineum can be an important pharmacologically natural source.
