摘要:This study was conducted to evaluate in vitrogas and methane production, gas production parameters (a + b, c), organic matter digestibility (OMD), metabolic energy (ME) and net energy lactation (NEl) of wheat straw treated w ith silage effluent. Groups were formed as wheat straw (control group, (W )), straw treated w ith urea + molasses (W UM) and silage effluent (WS), water, urea and molasses (W HUM), water (W H), 50% silage effluent +50% water + urea + molasses (W SHUM), and then except for control group, treatment groups were subjected to 45 days anaerobic fermentation.Crude protein and crude ash contents of the straw groups treated w ith silage effluent were increased (P<0.01), and cell w all elements such as ADF and NDF of the treatment groups were decreased (P<0.01). In addition, OMD, ME and NElcontents and in vitro gas production (IV IG ) values of straw were increased by treatment w ith silage effluent (P<0.01). It was determined that the addition of urea and molasses to wheat straw did not affect the production of methane according to the control, and in vitro gas production parameters were improved (P<0.01). In conclusion, in order to improve feed value of wheat straw, it may be treated withvsilageveffluentvcauisingvenvironmentalvpollutionv and nutrient loss, and further works should be carried out to illum inate the subject.
