摘要:The eastern margin o f the Ordos Basin has relatively complex sedimentary and structural features, and the main controlling factors for the distribution o f natural gas resources are unclear. Tectonics, as a first-level element that controls the distribution o f o il and gas, plays an important role in controlling the distribution o f o il and gas. In this paper, taking the Upper Paleozoic in the L area o f the eastern margin o f the Ordos Basin as an example, based on the abundant logging, 3D seismic, and productivity data in the area, the current structural features and paleotec- tonic evolution o f the area are systematically analyzed using equilibrium profiles and paleostructural restoration techniques. Then, the controlling effect o f the structure on the distribution o f natural gas in the area is analyzed. The results show that the study area m ainly develops low-amplitude structures and Zijinshan Pluton. Current structure has a certain controlling effect on natural gas distribution, and this controlling effect is m ainly reflected in the low-amplitude u p lift area in the north area. In the area outside the Zijinshan rock mass, the distribution range o f small-scale magmatic rocks has a good matching relationship w ith the distribution o f natural gas. The results o f paleo-structural restoration indicate that there are two paleo-structural high points in the north and west o f the study area. The paleo-structural high in the north is also the current structural high, representing a long-term migration and accumulation area o f natural gas. There is a good matching relationship between the paleo-structural pattern and high-production gas wells. From this study, we can know that the current structure, small-scale magmatic intrusion and paleostructure all have important controlling effects on the distribution o f natural gas in L area.
