摘要:In the present regular issue of Psychologica Belgica, Raymond Bruyer and Marc Brysbaert publish an article entitled “Combining speed and accuracy in cognitive psychology: Is the inverse efficiency score a better dependent variable than the mean reaction time and the percentage of errors?”. In this article, the authors elegantly show that it is safer to calculate both the reaction times and the percentages of errors rather than limit the analysis to a synthetic inverse efficiency score.
