摘要:The negotiations between the European Union and the United Kingdom about their future legal and economic relations are not only about economic gains, but also about the compatibility of legal cultures. The Brexiteers defend British law and British parliamentarism against progressing supranational integration driven not only by the European legislature but also by its jurisprudence. The British government rejects, for the future, any role of the European Court of Justice in shaping relations with the EU. This increases the chances of incurring economic losses from Brexit.
