摘要：The objective of this study is to analyze the role of gender in decision making in rural areas and to measure the level of equality between husband and wife in the family in rural Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa province. The research results show that there are differences in decision-making in production management, income-generating production activities, and in developing household economic resources in terms of gender. The highest importance factors affecting this issue include gender and educational background.
