摘要:Statistical methods are the foundation upon which theories of psychopathology are built. A quick glance at the average undergraduate or graduate text in statistical methods for the social sciences might lead you to believe that little has changed since general linear models such as regression and ANOVA were introduced over 80 years ago. However, the statistical landscape is ever-changing and the next issue of the Journal of Experimental Psychopathology is dedicated to articles discussing statistical methods that are particularly helpful for analysing the types of data sets commonly generated in clinical and experimental psychopathology research.
