摘要：The earth is undergoing a warming process and we are facing an increasing possibility that extreme natural disasters are on the rise because of global warming as well as climate change. The increased temperature resulted from the enhanced greenhouse effects has been found to be an important factor, which significantly affects the earth’s hydrological cycles. Furthermore, the increases in temperature and changes in rainfall pattern occur around the globe.
