  • 摘要:—Two active configurations for simulating tunablefloating and grounded lossy inductors are described. Eachsimulated inductor circuit contains only a single fully balancedvoltage differencing buffered amplifier (FB-VDBA), oneresistor, and one capacitor. The equivalent values of thesimulated elements can be tuned independently through the FBVDBA’s bias current and/or the resistor in the circuit. Nonideal analysis of the synthetic inductors is also provided. Thepractical use of the proposed FB-VDBA based lossy inductancesimulators is demonstrated on both a second-order RLC lowpass filter and a parallel RLC resonance circuit. PSPICEsimulation results are provided to evaluate the presentedtheory.
