摘要:With the rapid development of manufacturingtechnologies and management practices in the Chinesevehicle industry, quality improvement actions are performedto narrow gaps between domestic automobile and foreignbrands. To motivate continuous improvement of domesticautomobile products, the quality improvement strategy fromthe viewpoint of crucial outsourcing parts is proposed in thisresearch. Firstly, quality management activities in theChinese auto-factory are investigated. Then the strategicquality improvement management practice from keyoutsourcing parts perspective is proposed and illustrated.This QIP strategy is motivated by infused after-salesinformation, and detail implementation steps are presented,consisting of quality information infusion, crucialoutsourcing parts identification, and preventive decisionmaking modeling phase. Finally, the industrial application inthe Chinese domestic automobile factory shows effectivenessand validity of the proposed improvement strategy. .
