  • 摘要:A high-speed centrifugal air compressor structuresupported by aerodynamic pressure bearings and driven bya permanent magnet synchronous motor was proposed. Theintegration of air lubrication and permanent magnet synchronous motor is realized, which meets the fuel cell system's requirements for oil-free and efficient. Based on theanalysis of the principle of aerodynamic pressure bearingand high-speed motor, the parameters of each componentwere designed, and the prototype of the air compressor wasdeveloped. When working at 10×104 rpm, it can providecompressed air with a maximum pressure ratio of 2.3, andthe overall efficiency is close to 80%, which achieves highspeed and stable operation, has higher efficiency and widerand flat working characteristics. Finally, the feasibility ofthe design was verified by bench test.
