  • 摘要:Is there organization socialization as a moderating relationship? The study involved 159 newcomers to the Aceh Besar District Government organization. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires online to respondents through Google forms. Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) and Multiple Regression were used in this research analysis method. The results show that Core Self-Evaluation from new entrants has a positive impact on each work outcome. Furthermore, organizational socialization supports the relationship, but the role of organizational socialization is not proven to achieve better job satisfaction.
