摘要：The article is devoted to the problem of forecasting the career and competence indicators of a social worker in the context of digital transformations of the society. The paper analyzes the social and historical context of the formation of social workers’ career competence indicators. The article compares the analogue and digital system of career competence indicators of a social worker.
