摘要:Corporate culture in each company has its own particularities, which allows to assess the efficiency and sustainability of a given company, design its development strategy as well as the capacity to attain its strategic goals. The current study, based on the model of O’Reilly, Chatman and Caldwell, allowed to define the key problem, that is the absence of digital literacy on the part of the personnel of the studied hotel chain. The identified problem may become an impediment towards formation of the digital culture in the context of digital transformation
