摘要:The aim of this study is to examine the Guidance and Research Centers’ Supervision Guide on the basis of legal documents and literature. The document analysis model, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. The study document of the research is the Guidance and Supervision Guide of the Guidance and Research Centers. The data were analyzed using the content analysis technique. When the findings of the research were examined; it was determined that the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Services Regulation and Special Education Services Regulation referred by the guide were out of date. And it has been determined that the abolition of the article "Application of various psychological measurement tools according to scientific standards according to the quality of the service to be provided (MEB Guidance and Psychological Counseling Services Regulation Art. 30 / d)". This finding could be interpreted as the main reason for the inconsistency in the guideline. It was concluded that Guidance and Research Centers Supervision Guide was mostly consistent with the literature, although it was not updated. Apart from this, it has been determined that there are no expressions regarding the concept of ethics and the implementation of ethical values in the content of the guide.
