摘要：A migração venezuelana é uma problemática da atualidade que se intensificou em Roraima, acarretandodemandas nos serviços públicos de saúde. O objetivo do presente estudo foi analisar o impacto damigração na assistência em um hospital de referência de Roraima. Consiste em um trabalho qualitativoque utilizou vinte entrevistas semiestruturadas com os profissionais do hospital. Percebe-se que nãohouve o incremento de quantitativo profissional e do aporte de insumos; planejamento prévio; oumelhorias na infraestrutura para se adequar à nova realidade. Muitos imigrantes vivem em situaçãode vulnerabilidade social e as diferenças culturais e comportamentais são elementos que dificultama assistência em saúde. A imigração impacta negativamente na assistência, contudo, apenaspotencializando os problemas crônicos já existentes desse hospital.
其他摘要：The Venezuelan migration is a current issue that has intensified in Roraima, Brazil, overburdeningpublic health services. The proposal of this estudy was to analyze the impact of migration inhealthcare in a reference hospital of Roraima, Brazil. It was a qualitative research comprisedcomprised of twenty semistructured interviews with professionals who work at the hospital. Wenoticed there was no change in the number of professionals, in the supply of input, in planning,and in infrastructure improvements to adapt to this new reality. Many migrants live in socialvulnerability situation, and cultural and behavioral differences hinder the provision of healthcare.Therefore, migration negatively impacts healthcare, but it only intensifies chronic issues thatalready exist in that hospital.
