摘要：Given the importance of knowledge-based firms in the agricultural sector,thispaperaimedtoidentifybarriershinderingcompanies from becoming knowledge-based in the dominantcompetitive and dynamic environment. To this end, using aqualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted tocollectdata from38experts andmanagers inagricultural companiesworking inAlborz Science andTechnologyPark Isfahan,Hamedan, andTehranUniversity.The main criterion for determining the sample sizewas to reach the theoretical saturation.All respondentswereselectedusingatheoreticalandpurposefulsampling method. Data coding and analysis procedures werecompletedinthree stages.According to the results ofthe study,five main internal and external elements were identified:marketinefficiency,governance-administrativebarriers,inefficientunion or organization, lack of skills and professionalism, andthe internal inefficiency of the company.
