摘要：The main purpose of the study was to analyze the entrepreneurial competencies of the managers of ruralwomen cooperative (RWC) in Hamedan province. Thestudy used a survey method with a questionnaire as themain instrument. Data were collected from a sample of105 managers. The validity of the questionnaire wasverified by a panel of experts and its reliability wasmeasured using Cronbach's alpha coefficient(α=0.94). Entrepreneurial competencies of managers were classifiedinto eight factors, including “having strategic goals”,“abilityto monitor and organize subordinates”,“risk-taking”,“abilityto motivate and trust people”, “having a positive attitudeand criticism”, “ability to identify and understand theneeds of customers”,“public relation ability”, and “acquiringand applying skills and energy”. Structural equationmodeling (SEM) by LISREL8.8 software was used to estimatea model for the entrepreneurial competencies of RWCmanagers. Results of SEM showed a good fit of the modelwith eight factors described before. The fit indices wereplaced in three main groups including goodness of fitindex, comparative fit index, and parsimonious goodnessof fit index. The results showed an excellent fit of theindices selected to measure the entrepreneurial competencies of RWC managers with observed variables inHamedan province.
