摘要:This study shows that corruption in the modern world is viewed as a negative form of deviant behavior in the sphere of state and municipal administration, as a destructive factor in public life, which largely determines the social climate in society and the state of national security. Corruption is an obstacle to the development of real democracy and to the growth of the well-being of the population. It has multiple reasons and grounds for spreading on the political, economic, cultural, socio-structural levels. All its manifestations are more tangible in real social life, affect the level and degree of protection of citizens, the ensuring of their rights and freedoms. This article identifies and analyzes the main socio-cultural determinants of the institutionalization of corruption in modern society.
