摘要:The mechanism of pitting corrosion of galvanized pipes in hot water supply systems is considered. The analysis of the literature to determine the conditions and mechanism that cause abnormally rapid corrosion of steel galvanized water pipes in water supply systems is carried out. The results of a laboratory study of the initial stage of corrosion of galvanized pipes are presented. The results of a survey of hot water supply systems of a number of residential buildings are presented. Recommendations and measures to reduce the impact of corrosion in hot water supply systems are presented.
