摘要：El propósito de este ensayo es ofrecer una reflexión crítica sobre las representaciones patrimoniales de la fiesta a la luz de la teoría antropológica, la práctica etnográfica y la implicación directa en procesos de patrimonialización. Mediante algunas viñetas etnográficas, se analiza el proceso de producción de una imagen idealizada y edulcorada de la fiesta como una operación higienista y se delinean algunas de las respuestas locales a tales imágenes, que no se corresponden necesariamente con las múltiples experiencias festivas de los participantes.Como conclusión, se afirma que la mayor virtud de la etnografía, como sistema de representación cultural, frente al patrimonio cultural inmaterial, es su complejidad y su capacidad para tratar analíticamente el problema de la representación en sus propias representaciones.
其他摘要：The purpose of this paper is to offer a critical reflection on the heritage representations of the fiestain the light of anthropological theory, ethnographic practice and my direct involvement in patrimonialization processes.I show, through some ethnographic vignettes, the production process of an idealized and sweetened image of the fiesta as a hygienist operation and outline some of the local responses to these images, which do not necessarily correspond to the multiple festive experiences of the participants.In conclusion, it affirms that the greatest virtue of ethnography, as a cultural representation system, when it comes to intangible cultural heritage, is its complexity and its capacity to analytically address the problem of representation in its own representations.
