摘要:Due to serious separation of the filling body,existing coal mine filling techniques cause stratum deformation and subsidence.Therefore,this study proposed a slurry filling technique for coal gab area to reduce ground subsidence.In order to reduce the porosity of filling material and control the compression ratio of the filling body,the technique was optimized based on the separation characteristics of filling body.Roadway supporting scheme,including the size of the supporting roadway and protective coal pillar,anchor bolt and anchor cable were designed,respectively.The cutting process of a continuous mining machine was standardized,and the filling equipment structure was arranged.Under the same parameters,an simulation experiment was carried out to compare the proposed technology and existing technology.The experimental results showed that the distribution of separation intensity reflects the separation characteristics.During filling construction,the outlet of the slurry pipeline should be set at the high end of the terrain.The working face pipe should be arranged along the roof and lightweight PE pipe should be used.With the slurry concentration range was between 61 wt%~69 wt%,the higher the slurry concentration,the slower the separation.Using the proposed filling technology,rock settlement was 0.21 mm less than with existing technology.This demonstrates that the mining technology proposed in this study can feasibly reduce ground settlement.
