  • 摘要:Bioaugmentation,an in situ remediation method for heavy metal-contaminated soil, guarantees agricultural production without reducing soil quality. This study evaluated the dynamics of cadmium in polluted soil using bioaugmentation.A pot experiment was conducted to explore the remediation of Cd-contaminated soil by white rot fungi combined with nanohydroxyapatite (NHAP).The plant biomass and Cd content and soil enzyme activities and microbial organisms were analyzed to evaluate the feasibility of bioaugmentation and changes in the soil biological quality.NHAP at 0.5% (W/W) combined with different concentrations of white rot fungi increased the biomass by 17.95%-23.93%.Meanwhile,the plant Cd content decreased by 38.16%-40.94%,and the optimal application ratio was 0.5% NHAP+108 cfu/kg white rot fungi.NHAP combined with white rot fungi significantly increased the activity of alkaline phosphatase and urease in Cd- contaminated soil and upregulated the microbial population richness in rhizosphere soil. There was a significant increase in the number of strains beneficial to plant growth and a significant decrease in the number of strains unfavorable for plant growth.
