摘要:For seismic waves that propagate in a formation, the wavelet spectrum has clear time-frequency variation with respect to the offset.By using pre-stack seismic data with abundant amplitude and frequency information,we propose a new method for the computation of attenuation parameters Q by extracting transient seismic waves in the pre-stack domain.Firstly, the initial wavelet model is chosen. Then, the fourth-order cumulative quantity matching method is used to estimate the wavelet spectrum from the amplitude spectrum of the seismic record, and the optimal Q value is obtained. Finally, using the relationship of Q versus offset (QVO),linear regression is used to obtain the formation Q value at zero offset, that is,the true Q value of the formation. The model test results indicate that the method is reliable and accurate.Application of the model to real data provides attenuation parameters that can effectively identify oil and gas reserves in a reservoir and mitigate the shortcomings of the traditional method.
