摘要:Air volume is the most important basic parameter for mine tunnels.On-line monitoring technology using suspended sensors is an important way to observe underground air volume distributions in realtime. However, monitoring at a single point is not sufficient to represent the average air velocity in a tunnel. This paper examines a new measure of average velocity based on the air velocity field in the tunnel particle image velocimetry (PIV) and simulation technology by open-source codes OpenFOAM.The results show that the single-point velocity is proportional to the average velocity, and the ratio coefficient only is related to the shape of the tunnel. This study has important theoretical significance and practical value for improving the accuracy of the online monitoring of air volume in tunnels.
