  • 摘要:Amounts of evidence reveal that there is seri-ous corrosion of gathering and transporting pipe-lines,which will affect the normal production of oilfields.In this study,the corrosion characteristics andcorrosion mechanism are clarified by analyzing thecomposition of the produced water in a block.Theacts to guide the anti-corrosion measures and extendthe lives of pipelines.The results show that the cor-rosion factors in this block are mainly COand Cl.There is also a small amount of H2S and SRB.Thecorrosion form is mainly pitting corrosion,and thecorrosion mechanism is under-scale concentrationcorrosion.Adding a slow-release agent is a relativelyeffective protective measure.Four kinds of corrosioninhibitors have been screened through indoor exper-iments.Among them are KS-18 and wS-15 (twoslow-release agents that are used in a single dose).The slow-release effect and temperature resistanceperformance are more.The corrosion rate is 0.0071mm for the combination of KS-18 and wS-15 con-centrations of 15 mg/L and 25 mg/L.The sustainedrelease rate is 98.1%.It is recommended to add a cor-rosion monitoring system in this block and use ahanging piece or resistance probe to monitor the cor-rosion status in real-time.
