摘要：Kayseri is one of the oldest cities in the worldwith a history of 6000 years and has a long historyof viniculture,famous for its vineyards and grapes.As a result of the fact that the province of Kayseri isthe micro gene center of the vine,it has reached avery rich genetic diversity with both natural crossesand mutations over many years.However,in recentyears,with the effect of environmental and socialfactors such as global climate changes,urbanization,and migration; the cultivation of local grape varietiesof Kayseri is decreasing day by day.At this point,itis essential to identify and conserve local grapevinegenetic resources,which are very valuable for breed-ing new varieties.This research was carried out inYuceyar region of Kayseri province,and the pheno-logical stages of budburst,full bloom and maturityof local grape genotypes detected in producer vine-yards were examined for 2 years.According to theresults of the research,it was determined that thephenological development periods change depend-ing on the genetic structure of the genotype and eco-logical conditions.It has also been determined thatpruning time and annual maintenance operations areeffective on phenological stages.
