摘要:A new DN100 hydrometallurgy ion-exchangemodel was tested at hydrodynamic parameters of600 1/h,700 1/h,and 800 1/h.We then analyzed theflux with the highest resin transfer efficiency.Atthe same time,we simulated the hydromechanicsvia FLUENT software to achieve a resin distribu-tion nephogram at different times.This nephogramanalyzed the resin transfer to characterize the mod-el's juncture between the tower body and the con-necting pipe.This paper offers an important designreference for hydrometallurgy ion-exchange model.
