摘要:Temperature is an important environmental factor for plant growth and development.Temperature affects various physiological processes and is especially important for bud development; however,it remains unclear how temperature affects the progress of bud differentiation in N.tazetta var.chinensis.In this study, histological analysis and cultivation observation were performed on the main buds of Narcissustazetta var.chinensis bulbs that stored at different temperatures. It was found that a temperature of 25°C was required for the flower bud differentiation of N.tazetta var.chinensis.Comparatively,the temperature range required for the formation of leaf buds was relatively broad.Leaf buds could be formed at all temperatures of 15°C,25°C,and 35°C.However,at 15°C and 35°C,the leaf buds could form but these plants did not bloom during the cultivation.A 5°C storage temperature completely blocked the formation of leaf buds and the differentiation of flower buds, and only roots were formed and no leaves or scapes were detected. This indicates that different storage temperatures resulted in major differences in the growth and development of N.tazetta var.chinensis.The overall findings suggest that storage temperature controlling is an effective approach to regulate the bud development of N.tazetta var.chinensis.
