摘要:Pre-drainage is a system project composed of man- machine- environment- management.The systematic analysis of the gas drainage project is helpful to understand the relationship between the factors of the system.In this paper,fault tree analysis was adopted to analyze the failure of the gas pre-drainage system in the coal seam,and 59 ways leading to the top event as well as 16 effective prevention and control measures were obtained.The probability of the basic events was calculated by combining the modified expert scoring and the grading probability.The probability of the pre-drainage system failure was 0.0485,and the order for the importance of each basic event was acquired.The first five basic events,which have the most significant impact on the system failure,were come by.Finally,the sealing test of 25 extraction boreholes in 5 groups was carried out with changing the sealing mode to prevent the system failure.The results showed that it was the best sealing method for the mine in Shanxi Province,China,to seal the 8-16m of the drilling hole with capsule bag and expansive material,which can effectively reduce the failure of the extraction system.The research shows that in addition to the "material" factors,the factors of "human" and "management" aspects should be further improved.
