摘要:The trophic status of Danjiangkou Reservoir was related to the health of water ecosystem and affected the safety of water supply in the middle route of south-to-north water transfer project. In this work, fifteen monitoring sections in Danjiangkou Reservoir were selected and the trophic status was monthly evaluated in 2018 by using the correlation weighted comprehensive trophic status index evaluation method. In addition, the weight value of trophic status indexes including permanganate index, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, water transparency and chlorophyll-a were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that Danjiangkou Reservoir was generally at mesotrophic level in 2018 and the average annual comprehensive trophic status index values ranged from 31.1 to 37.9 in which Hanku Reservoir was higher than Danku Reservoir. It was worth noting that monitoring sections of Liubei town,Hanku Center and Xiaochuan were close to mild eutrophic level in July and August of 2018.Total nitrogen and chlorophyll-a were the most important indexes that affected the trophic status of water body in Danjiangkou Reservoir, followed by total phosphorus and water transparency.Permanganate index had little influence on the trophic status of Danjiangkou Reservoir.Based on trophic status analysis results, scientific research on total nitrogen control and algae prevention were proposed to prevent and control the eutrophication in Danjiangkou Reservoir.
